Life truly is a roller coaster. If you're not careful, you will most certainly stay on the downward tracks and never see the peaks or feel the air breezing past you during the ascent. It is much easier to let the world frustrate you and only focus on the valley crowding in around you. Instead, we must focus on the ascent and actively seek to look above in all situations. I often catch myself looking to God only in relational or life decision scenarios, but not in my everyday dealings with work or the people I encounter. There, I choose to let frustration overwhelm me. There, I choose to allow others to see my anger and irritation. Why is it seemingly so difficult to let God into this element of my life as well?
'For I am afraid that when I come I may not find you as I want you to be, and you may not find me as you want me to be. I fear that there may be quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, slander, gossip, arrogance and disorder' 2 Corinthians 12:20
